Meri umeed mere khwaab bikhar janey do...

Apne angan mein chiraghon ko jalao na abi,
Mere angan mein siya raat utar janey do...

Bari mushkil se mila hai mujhe mere ghar ka pata,
Rasto ab na uljhao mujhe ghar janey do...

Jin ke aaney ka bohat shor phaila tha har soo,
Inhi lamhon ko chup chap guzar janey do...

Meri barbadi ka ilzam na aye kahin tum par,
Mere halat ko kuch or bigar janey do...
